Rent or purchase of ambulance station, location Halden, Østfold HF Hospital - Step 1: Prequalification
Today's ambulance station is located at the Halden Clinic. The premises are no longer considered appropriate, and there is therefore a need for new suitable premises for the ambulance service in Halden. The purpose of the procurement is to establish an ambulance station that will ensure emergency medical emergency preparedness in Østfold and Vestby municipality. Østfold Hospital primarily wants to buy a turnkey building with associated plot, in the alternative to rent a turnkey building from the selected supplier. The contract is entered into with a provider who assumes the builder's responsibility and provides the construction of the new ambulance station. See "Requirement Specification" for more information
