Description:
The Development Department is one of Vestlandet ́s largest builders and is responsible for the development and renovation project for municipal buildings with a cost limit of NOK 20 million onwards. We carry out a large span of projects, from minor renovations to large and complex projects. The total portfolio consists of around 60 projects in different phases and is worth around NOK 16 billion. EFU has 60 employees, of which approx. half are project managers. The Development Department plans to procure a project hotel. The agency would like to have a dialogue with the market in order to quality assure the draft of the requirement specifications. The users of the project hotel will be employees of Bergen municipality, externally engaged and contract parties. All projects require that internal and external actors have easy access to updated information in one place, without the project manager necessarily sharing it.
