- Short description: Nissedal municipality will upgrade the technical standard at Nissedal care center in Treungen. We want a joint offer for planning services that include architect, building technology, plumbing, electrical and fire consultancy. Development is planned to be carried out as a "shortened total contract". Projectthe ring assignment is limited to the preparation of a functional and quality description with a drawing basis so that the general contractor can give a price which entails taking over as technically, financially and legally responsible for execution and detailed design. Application for building permit, work inspection and other clarificationwith public authorities, implementation of a tender competition, as well as contract negotiations with general contractors must be included in the offer. Work after entering into a contract with a general contractor is carried out at an hourly rate. The building project has a budget of NOK 40,700,000 incl. VAT. The budget innnehelder complete construction including engineering services.
