- Description:
- The Municipal Council of Narvik has decided to receive and settle 10 unaccompanied minor refugees. The municipality intends to house these youths in a residential community, and this procurement concerns the assignment of operating the residential community and providing related services. The assignment will have a minimum duration of 3 years with an annual budget of approximately NOK 10 million. The residential community is set to start on 01.08.25, and it must be able to accommodate the youths from the start date. Therefore, the necessary preparations of personnel and facilities must be completed in advance. The youths will be between 15 and 18 years old at the time of settlement, but they will continue to receive aftercare once they turn 18. The housing facility will be established at Hamarøybakken 6, 8514 Narvik. The provider must enter into a lease agreement with the municipality for the rental of its premises within the building.
