- Short Description: There are two (2) clients who are on joint competition for residual waste for energy recovery: Trondheim Renholdsverk AS and Fosen Renovation IKS. A contract is signed per client. Assignment wants to increase the degree of material recycling and collaborates with several waste companies in Central Norway on the development of a central post-sorting plant for residual waste in the region (SESAM). The goal is for Sesame to sort facilities to be ready during 2026/2027. The contract period is adapted to possible start -up of this plant, the contract period will apply from 01.06.2023 - 31.05.2026, with a unilateral option for the client on extension 1 + 1 year. It is the termination clause in the option year that is set to terminate with 3 months' notice. Supplier will be kept up to date on process and start -up of facilities.
