Restoration of the roof of Nissedal church
Nissedal church has an outer roof that is about 60 years old and as of today in very poor condition. Vision experience performed 05.11.2024 shows extensive rot in the barges, many lack of and loose bricks, and the risk of falling material. Two of the sides are blocked off, and there is a danger of leakage and moisture damage to the building. The measure will help to preserve the church according to the antiquarian principle, meet the National Antiquarian's requirements, and secure the building against further damage. The church roof will be restored with reuse of existing bricks. Any rot damage that will appear during the work will be treated as an additional worker. The two decided church coils are not included in this restoration, and are not part of the tender. Necessary adjustments and any replacement of Vasselle in the transition between tower and brick roofs must be required to ensure adequate density.
