Description:
The Norwegian Parliament shall enter into a framework agreement for architectural services and invites tenderers to request participation in the competition for this. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer. The aim of the framework agreement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for assistance from an architect and any landscape architect (option) in small and medium sized construction projects in the Norwegian Parliament ́s buildings. The framework agreement will initially be signed for one year and can be extended for a further three years (1+1+1). The maximum consumption in the framework agreement will be NOK 3 million. Assignments awarded under the framework agreement will be paid according to hours used in accordance with the agreed hourly rates.
