Description:
Rogaland and Trøndelag counties, hereafter called the contracting authority, are in the planning phase of a procurement process for a new ERP system for the respective counties and would like, thus, the supplier market ́s concrete feedback on the requirement specifications before the competition is announced. In addition the contracting authority would like input on how options and the sharpened environmental requirements in public procurements should be best dealt with. See the accompanying letter for the hearing for further information.
