- Nord University wishes to implement an RFI in order to receive inputs and comments on the draft contract terms, requirements and award criteria for the pending procurement of operation, maintenance and further development of nord.no and accompanying websites. The draft for which input is requested is limited to the tender documentation and the SSA-V annex. Requested inputs and comments are non-binding, but will be included in a further assessment of how the tender documents ought to be designed to meet Nord University's ambitions and needs. Emphasis is put on the fact that the RFI is not part of the procurement process. The information included in the RFI is in no way binding for North University. Nord University would like the RFI to be answered in writing and interested suppliers are asked, in this connection, to send their input and comments through Tendsign by 4 July 2025, 12.00. All inputs and comments that are submitted in connection with the RFI will be treated confidentially in accordance with the Public Administration Act § 13. The input will be included in the further work on the competition documents and the tenderer will not receive feedback on any input. Nord University reserves the right, however, to invite selected tenderers to a dialogue if needed for further clarification of input or comments. Nord University is grateful for all suppliers who would like to provide input.
