Description:
The competition is for framework agreements for the delivery of consultancy services within building and construction. The competition is divided into 4 groups: Group 1: Architect services Group 2: Landscape architects Group 3: Area planning Group 4: Community planning Viken Vest procurement cooperation with municipalities from Buskerud and Akershus. The estimated value per annum and the maximum value for the entire contract period per group, including any options and the expected price rise are stated in point 1.1.4. The need is uncertain. The volume may vary both up and down, and in the contract period will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors. See the procurement documents for further information. This procurement is, in its nature, assessed to have an immaterial impact on climate and the environment, cf. §7-9, fifth paragraph of the regulations. The justification for this is that the procurement concerns the purchase of consultancy services/consultancy services where the contracting authority has been cut off from affecting climate and environmental impact, as requirements and criteria aimed at these elements will not have sufficient connection to the delivery.
