Description:
The Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation (FLO) is responsible for entering into a framework agreement on behalf of the Defence sector for tools, workshop material, workwear, protective clothing and protective equipment. FLO plans to enter into a framework agreement for the scope of the delivery. Currently the procurement is planned to be carried out as a negotiated procedure in accordance with LOA and FOA part III, with the notice date Q3 2024. FLO has previously carried out the following market surveys related to the same procurement: Market survey/RFI no. 1: Doffin Id: 2023-616589. TED ID: 2023/S 075-225515. Marked survey/RFI no. 2 (Environment): Doffin Id: 2023-670623. TED ID: 2023/S 132-420529. FLO would like to carry out a further market survey/RFI no. 3.
