Description : Flytoget [the Airport Express] continually works to simply the customer journey. Baggage handling is one area we would like to simplify. This can be done by allowing travellers to perform several of the tasks awaiting them at the airport while on board Flytoget. Flytoget therefore want to use this RFI to find information about the existing and new suppliers of solutions for printing baggage tags. A RFP based on this information can be expected. The idea is to place machines for printing of baggage tags on-board Flytoget so that travellers can print out their baggage tags before they arrive at the airport.
