Description:
The Department for Microbiology at OUS shall move to the Life Science Building at the start of 2027. A new instrumentation is thus planned for automatic colouring of bacteria with gram dyeing and mycobacterias with auramine colouring. An annual analysis quantity of 4,500 preparations with gram colouring and 2,000 preparations of Auramin colouring (mycobacteria) is expected. An annual increase of 2-3%. The contracting authority would like to invite suppliers to a market dialogue in order to be able to design this tender as best as possible. Presentations on Teams, duration 60 minutes. Half of the time is to be put aside for presentations and for other half for questions/answers and dialogue. Relevant needs for the contracting authority are: analysis time, documented saving of hands-on time compared with manual methodology, performance ability compared with gold standard, connection to LIS and any band (lab automation / track) system, whether the equipment is affecting the building in any way (need for RO-water, sewage, sewage, cooling etc.), environmental consideration (cf. the Procurement Regulation § 7-9), etc. Under the list of vacant meeting times.
