- PRIOR INFORMATION NOTICE - INVITATION TO DIALOGUENORCE Norwegian Research Centre AS (NORCE) plans to procure a core facility management system (CFMS) that supports the administration of laboratories, instruments, users and services across the organisation. NORCE implements a total cost model (TDI). This model requires that research projects are charged for total direct and indirect costs for using the existing research infrastructure. CFMS shall be integrated with our ERP system, Unit 4 ERP. The aim of this dialogue (RFI) is to get an overview of the supplier market, available functionality and price models, as well as to receive feedback from the market about the drafts to the tender documents. Tenderers are asked to comment on the proposed specifications, award criteria and other general feedback.
