- RFI - ESM platform with solution for user inquiries The Storting's solution for handling user enquiries, BMC FootPrints IT Service Management, is to be replaced. In this connection, the Storting's administration wishes to explore the possibility of acquiring one modern, standardized and scalable ESM platform, where the first delivery will include handling user inquiries. Over time, the platform must be able to support several work processes, contribute to holistic service management and facilitate digitalisation, automation and standardization across the organization. The solution must meet strict requirements for information security, privacy and administration. The RFI will provide the Storting with information and input from the market on how our needs can be met before it formal competition. The purpose is to: Inform the market about the planned acquisition. Gain insight into available ESM platforms, architecture, delivery models and best practices. Get input on how the need for user inquiries can be realized as first step. Understand the suppliers' roadmap, product maturity and development direction. Contribute to ensuring that the competition is well adapted to the market and meets real needs. The market survey is not a competition, but part of the preparations for a possible one future acquisition. The survey does not provide binding guidelines for a later competition and is not binding. Participation is voluntary. The deadline for responding to the RFI is 19.03.2026 at 12:00
