Description:
The framework agreement shall apply to the assortment of cleaning machines with accessories and wearing parts that cover the contracting authority ́s needs. The agreement shall provide an option for establishing service and maintenance agreements. The procurement shall not include robotic cleaning machines. Other aims for the contracting authority are: to retain and achieve maximum user satisfaction to choose a supplier who has a high quality level of products and that safeguards climate and environmental considerations in the best possible way to choose a tenderer who relieves the contracting authority ́s organisation in the best possible way with high quality level of service and support. The contracting authority would like feedback from the market on some central themes that must be taken into consideration in the preparation of the procurement documents.
