Tender is invited to RFI market analysis of payment share
Short Description: The Railway Directorate shall go for the procurement of field work related to the implementation of ticket checks to map the stake on the train in the central Eastern Norway. It has been decided that the ticket checks should be carried out as a point measurement, where the control corps will map all the travelers on board a carriage on the stretch between two stations. The travelers must present a ticket, but will not be fined if it is revealed that the traveler does not have a valid ticket. The result of the ticket controls should be used in calculating the train operator's allowance from Ruter. The purpose of RFI is to collect input from the market that can help the Railway Directorate to the Railway Directorate to To design an assignment with the right scope and division of responsibilities between the client and the supplier, which is attractive in the market. Since no closed checks have been carried out on the train earlier, the client wants feedback on key moments in designing the assignment.
