Description:
The contracting authority can have a dialogue with the market in the planning phase of a procurement. The intention is to get input on the need and for the design of the tender documentation. When the final tender documentation is first published, there is little room to make changes. The supplier market is therefore encouraged to give input to the contracting authority ́s described needs and questions. Furthermore, input can be given on other areas that are relevant for the procurement. With this market dialogue the contracting authority will examine what systems the market can offer that can solve the contracting authority ́s needs. The contracting authority will hold one-to-one meetings with interested tenderers. Written feedback has also been opened in the market dialogue.
