- OFA shall implement a negotiated procedure in accordance with parts 1 and 3 in Foa "forskrift om offentlige anksaffelser" for leasing of vehicles and associated services. All of OFA's 26 owners (25 municipalities plus Agder county) will be able to use the signed contract. At this time we would like to give the supplier market an opportunity to participate in a conversation to discuss the planned competition. We would like to have conversations with potential suppliers for this contract and therefore ask any collaborating partners and/or sub-suppliers to provide input for their/their main supplier(s). Requests or questions can be asked by everyone and made under questions and answers in the KGV. See the attached invitation and registration documentation.
