Description:
NND needs a system for document production, case processing and archiving. NND produces complex documentation in a heavily regulated law branch where scrutiny and document control are decisive. We are looking for suitable system support for uniform, secure, future orientated, irreparable and user friendly documentation handling. The total solution can consist of one or several systems. NND needs to be aware of the market and would like to get written feedback on NND ́s draft of the tender documentation (the attached documents). NND draws attention to the fact that this is the time to give feedback. Do not wait until the procurement has been published. Any input at a later date may have to be dealt with as significant deviations that must lead to the tender being rejected, whilst it is possible to give all types of feedback on this RFI. See the RFI document for further information on what NND would like written feedback on. The deadline for submitting written feedback is Friday 28 February (12:00).
