Description:
The Joint Procurement Office (FIK) shall in autumn 2024 announce competitions for procurement of food products for its collaboration municipalities Frogn, Nesodden, Vestby and Ås municipalities. In this connection, FIK would like to receive input from the market in this process with the intention of identifying the systems that the market can offer. It is desirable that tenderers provide input on what contributes to giving a good competition, and what criteria should be included, and clarify what level of ambition we should have in the procurement as regards environmental and social requirements. The RFI is used so that documentation requirements are maintained. All competitors shall have the same information, and the question form ensures equal treatment. The RFI will take place digitally in the form of an online questionnaire, where all suppliers who have input can present this. The input will have a direct influence on how the competition is non-binding. Answers are handled confidentially. If there are deviations/questions, please contact the contracting authority as soon as possible for clarification.
