- The University of Oslo is interested in purchasing three types of portable spectrometer systems to perform in-situ measurements of cultural heritage materials such as manuscripts, paintings, ceramics, metals, extinguishers, and more. The University of Oslo will in the first instance conduct a market survey (request for information/RFI) to retrieve feedback from suppliers that will be used to plan the procurement.
