- Oslo municipality, c/o the Agency for Improvement and Development (UKE) shall procure a new contract for a service management tool. The new agreement shall cover the municipality ́s need for: - Service management tool that is configurable to the municipality ́s other systems and applications and which has local service boxes for the municipality ́s many entities. A market survey is thus published that interested tenderers can respond to. Based on the responses to the market dialogue, the contracting authority will consider whether a dialogue conference shall be called in for all interested suppliers together or a 1:1 meeting with suppliers to discuss the input.
