Description:
Drammen municipality will soon announce a competition for a framework agreement for the municipality ́s bus transport. The framework agreement will be valid for up to 4 years, including options. The framework agreement includes the entire municipality ́s need for scheduled bus transport outside general scheduled buses, such as, among other things, school transport and swimming. The framework agreement is currently estimated to be approx. Drammen municipality emphasises that this is provisional information and that changes in the final notice can occur. Drammen municipality would like feedback/input/proposals from the market before the final announcement. The purpose of the notice is twofold. Firstly Drammen municipality would like the coming competition to be in accordance with the market as a whole so that the competition is more attractive and easier to participate in, for as many tenderers as possible. Secondly, Drammen municipality would like to find an appropriate way to safeguard the needs of the users of the future framework agreement in a predictable and sober way.
