Description : The Norwegian Defence Logistics Organisation (Norwegian: FLO) will shortly procure patches, insignia, name stripes and name tags for the Norwegian Armed Forces through the establishment of framework agreements with several suppliers.
Currently, the invitation to tender is planned with a publication date in the spring of 2022, a tender deadline and a contract signing in the autumn of 2022. The contracting authority envisages that tenderers will submit tender samples and specimens from the winning tenderer. The cost of delivering tender samples is to be covered by the tenderer.
Before the publication, the Contracting Authority needs information from the market. This is described in point 2.4.
