- Akershus, Buskerud and Østfold counties need a framework agreement for road technical laboratory and field surveys that shall contribute to quality assurance of material used in the Contracting Authority's road related projects. Mainly this concerns surveys of asphalt, concrete, stone, light masses, fibre cloth, reinforcement, deflection measurements, georadar and excavation samples. There will also be a need for sample taking in the field.
