• Road lighting review and repair Karlsøy municipality 2026 Karlsøy municipality invites tenders for the delivery of a full review of all road lights in the municipality. The work will result in a condition report with an overview of errors and deficiencies in the road light roots. Karlsøy municipality is an island municipality with traffic lights on 4 inhabited islands: Ringvassøy, Reinøy, Vannøy and Rebbenesøy. There are a total of 48 separate rudders/sections. A list of sections divided by island, with an overview of fittings per section is attached. The condition overview must be designed so that it can be used for assessing future plans for road lighting needs in the municipality, including political case management for prioritizing budget and funds. The status overview will also be used in the event of a future call for tenders for the implementation of measures. It is a requirement that the condition overview is drawn up in Excel format, sorted by row, with one line per road light pole. The overview must include any need for straightening the post, rot damage, type of light, type air draft, location of associated fuse box, height of pole, length of arm, associated transformer and any other deviations. The price offer must take into account changing light bulbs in the fittings if necessary and changing fuses in fuse boxes if necessary. The price offer shall include changing up to 200 light bulbs and up to 20 fuses. When the maximum number is reached, a written notification of change must be sent per 100 light bulbs and 10 fuses.
