Competition with negotiation in connection with the conclusion of agreements on the right to establish and operate sauna and bathing buildings at the locations Grilstadstranda, 0stmarkneset and Skansenmoloen. Assignment wants to facilitate the establishment and operation of sauna and bathing buildings in the municipality. which is regulated to recreational areas suitable for such activity. At Grilstadstranda there is the possibility of establishing by the new public the bathing area. On 0stmarkneset at Ladekaia there is the opportunity to use existing bunkers or build new buildings on the concrete deck. On the Skansenmoloen at the swing bridge there is the possibility of establishing a smaller sauna and swim building.
