Sauna offer at Langkaia
The City of Oslo v/ The City Environment Agency invites you to an open tender competition in connection with a contract for saunas at Langkaia. The main goal of the competition is to rent out the municipality's sea area along Langkaia to sauna activities. Through rental, there is a desire to offer Oslo's population, guests and visitors a competitive and good sauna offer in central Oslo. Two places are available for different players. A rental price of NOK 150,000 is required annually for renting the area per place, which is indexed annually. In addition, the supplier will be able to offer an annual percentage of sales as part of its offer. The supplier is responsible for establishing sauna services, including applications for the Planning and Building Agency and other permits required to establish operations along the quay front. Planned duration of the contract is from 01.01.2026 to 31.12.2030. Note that tender inspection will be held on Monday 27 October at. 10.
