Sauna, pier in Mandal. Service license contract
Lindesnes municipality invites to competition for the establishment and operation of land -fixed sauna on the municipality's property on the pier at the famous sandy beach Sj0sanden in Mandal. The sauna with outdoor areas is desired to be designed as an easily recognizable building with onepeculiar, but still adapted to architecture. It is a goal that the sauna on the pier can become a destination in itself as part of Mandal/Lindesnes as a tourist destination. The sauna (s) shall be erected in a total of up to 40 m2 of built -up area (BYA). The sauna room itself should have room for at least 12 peopleSeated. The provider can choose to offer a concept with one building of up to 40 m2, or distribute the building area to several buildings with a total of up to 40 m2 BYA within the specified parcel. On the site, cold water shower must be established as part of the offer. In addition, there should be a foot bath to rinse your feetFree of sand from the beach. Externally, the provider on the rest of the relevant plot (south parcel) is built and operates a neat and functional outdoor area with plating adapted to the operation and the place and within the regulatory provisions allows: .
