Description:
The contracting authority would like tenders for a framework agreement that shall include the purchase of school books, non-fiction and digital teaching aids. The agreement shall facilitate for successive call-offs (orders). The contract shall always apply to all of the contracting authority ́s addresses in the municipality. The contract will have an estimated extent of approx. NOK 17 million over a 4 year period. The extent is based on a rough estimate of the consumption on the current contract in the last four years. The annual amount will depend on financial framework terms, political decisions and the market situation in general. The extent can be increased in the contract period if the contract functions well and due to an increased need based on population growth etc. in the municipality. The stated estimated scope cannot be seen as binding for the municipality. The framework agreement will include the following product groups: - School books Non-fiction - Digital teaching aids
