The Environment Directorate invites on behalf of the Marine Program (2025-2027) under the Nordic Council of Ministers for tender competition. The Nordic marine program aims to meet the planetary triple crisis, which includes climate change, loss of biodiversity and pollution, and which has serious consequences for the sea. The program is rooted in the Vision of the Nordic Council of Ministers 2030 and emphasizes the importance of sustainable management and conservation of marine environments as part of the goal "A Green Nordic." The goal is to increase knowledge about the importance of climate change for Nordic marine areas or parts of these, possible solutions for adapting to climate change and improving the condition of ecosystems and biodiversity in Nordic marine and coastal areas.
