- Short description: The seminar site in Klæbu has been awarded investment funds for rehabilitation of the building stock, which today consists of two buildings in municipal ownership. This assignment includes internal rehabilitation of one of the buildings, the main building. The buildings have previously been part of the building facility associated with Norway's first teacher education, and have very high cultural -historical value. They are therefore treated as protected. The assignment consists of plan adjustments as well as general upgrading, both by technical facilities and surfaces. It will be established WC, cleaning room and kitchen with new location. All technical facilities must be replaced by new plants. Ventilation systems and access control must be mounted. Existing product entrance will be upgraded to available inspection.
