Service is generally performed physically here at NTNU, which can be done over the net (monitoring, some adjustments). Physical service includes replacement of parts, conditioning or baking of the electron column. FIELD (FIELD EMISSION GUN) should also be replaced at regular intervals. Service will also include upgrading software that controls the devices. This is updated regularly. This is software only supplier has access to.
