Service concession contract - Establishment and operation of ISPS in Selje, Stad municipality
The ISPS (International Ship and Port Facility Security) code was hosted by the UN Maritime Organization (IMO) in 2002 to prevent and combat security threats such as terrorism and sabotage in the maritime sector. An ISPS port (or an ISPS port facility) is a port facility certified under the international ISPS Code, which is a set of regulations to protect ships and ports against terrorism and sabotage. The ISPA facility must be established at the municipality's location See appendix 3 Information location for ISPS facilities. The supplier who is awarded the service concession contract is responsible for setting up the facility, operation, marketing, etc. The municipality reserves the right to final approval of the service concession contract in Stad municipal council on 12 March 2026.
