Description:
The export reform "all of Norway exports" determines the goal of increasing Norwegian exports by 50 % by 2030, excluded oil and gas. This need to increase and diversify exports is also reflected in Innovation Norway's export strategy from 2020. In order to succeed in this goal, we must target and point the efforts against sectors where Norwegian companies have comparative advantages. This is operationalized through the national export initiatives initiated during "all of Norway exports" where Innovation Norway has been commissioned to lead the implementation, as well as through Innovation Norway's own High Potential Opportunities (HPO) projects. It is desirable to enter into framework agreements within the following focus areas for increased exports (sub -areas for the framework agreement): Sub -area 1: offshore wind Sub -area 2: Green maritime solutions Sub -area 3: Health technology and life science Sub -area 4: Hydrogen and carbon handling, including carbon capture, -storage and use use and use use and use use and use use and use use and use use and use use and use CCUS) Sub -area 5: Product production and design
