Description:
Brief description: This exhaust system consists of 6 separate pipe systems that will serve the five research laboratories. All systems consist of DN300 black steel and acid-proof pipes (0323x4mm and 0323x3mm respectively). Acid-resistant quality must be used on the outside of the building to prevent corrosion and to look stylishwith the facade of the building. Both flanged and welded sections are planned to increase the flexibility and user-friendliness of the facility. Unwelded/unflange pipe lengths do NOT exceed 6m. 20, 30, 45, 60 and 90 degree bends are used with the intention that these can be bought ready-made from the supplier. FollowThe following components must be included in all pipe systems: 1. Silencer (25dB or 35dB) 2. "Exhaust pressure relief valve" 3. Compensators 4. Flanges 5. All systems are prepared for connection of SCR/industrial scrubber. 2 of the systems must have SCR as an option.
