Short Description: The contract work includes Sjøvegan center - Step 1. The project is the first building stage of the center development project on Sjøvegan, where one of the main goals is to restore contact with the sea as well as increase the attractiveness of the downtown areas. The project area is approx. 6100 m2 and includes the establishment of the "Museum Square" with Kaifront where it will also be prepared for snowmelt facilities, upgrading and beautification of existing pier, gap hawk on pier, boardwalk, new parking space, play and activity space, green and park facilities, fencing with lighting and benches around Felleskjøpet and "Maxi" as well as service buildings with sanitary functions.
