- The sub-assignment comprises a sketch and preliminary project for new construction for the expansion of the dementia welfare centre at Hafslo welfare centre with a number of places, with a capacity of approx. 10 places. The draft project will include the renovation of the existing building, which will be carried out as a second construction stage. The work includes preparing the tender documentation for a turnkey contract for a new building. The sub-assignment will have a tangering point with the work on the concept study for the project "Health and care towards 2030", and must be coordinated with this.
