- Short Description: Work on the machine house Includes remediation of existing roof coverage (wave-energy plates), including the laying of a new ceiling and new slate. Included in the work change of coin fittings and wind skis. Furthermore, new gutters will be installed and drains. The building is mounted a lightning protection system. This must be dismantled, but not re-mounted. Approval is required from the Labor Inspectorate for exterior asbestos remediation.
