Småhus Hommersåkveien 151
Sandnes municipality plans to build 2 detached houses for the disadvantaged. These will house homeless people in Sandnes municipality. These homes are part of the municipality's housing social action plan with the goal that everyone should live safely and well in their own home. The homes are located in ordinary living areas to contribute to a safe and stable living environment with a good framework for everyday life. On the site there are today four small houses as well as a detached house. The detached house will be demolished as part of the project, and two new detached houses (detached homes with robust design) will be built, adapted to people with residential social needs. Slate pans and windows shall be dismantled and transported to the municipality's operating station for further use The two new detached houses will be incorporated into existing buildings to create a comprehensive and functional housing structure. Today's robust housing is modular buildings with adjustments mounted on the ring wall. The homes can be delivered as a modular building or urban village. The project will be carried out as the developer -developed total contract in accordance with. NS 8407 with end deadline 18.09.2026. The estimated value of the contract is approx. NOK 5 million excl. VAT.
