Description : Kristiansand municipality, c/o the engineering department - the production department shall enter a framework agreement with several contractors for winter maintenance; snow clearing, gritting and removing snow and ice on municipal roads and places.
This call for tenders applies to 10 lots in all zones in the municipality, divided into 3 clearing lots, 1 pedestrian and bicycle path lot and 6 ploughing and gritting lots. 2 snow clearing lots in the central areas, 3 lots in zone east, 2 lots in zone north and 3 lots in zone west (including the Rider lot)
For the clearing lots, we must have a wheel loader with a bucket and the remaining tractors. All snow clearing and gritting are carried out with municipal equipment, while milling shall be executed with the contractor's own equipment.
Tenders shall not be submitted for specific lots. The engineering department will award lots after the deadline for receipt of tenders. Due to the lots being dynamic and changes may occur, we will distribute the lots as appropriate. See the criteria.
We always strive at dividing the lots so that they generate approximately equal hours.
