- The competition shall end up in a fixed price contract for winter operations of outdoor areas for municipal purpose-built buildings from Bjerkvik in the north to Kjøpsvik in the south over 2 winter seasons (autumn 25 to spring 27) with an option for a further 1+1 year. It is divided into different areas: Bjerkvik, Narvik centre, Ballangen and Kjøpsvik.
