Description:
The project is set up in different phases and is planned as follows: 1. Review of technical assumptions and the project's overall objectives, as well as identification of risk and uncertainty elements2. Map and document the capacity of the roofs for the establishment of solar cells and associated equipment3. Dudelay out routes for the micro-power grid4. Map the location of the battery bank, preferably at the high-voltage transformer and the shore power plant5. Project the various sub-projects of the project6. Establish micro power grids and solar cells in sub-projects, including management7. Establish battery bank8. Any operation andsubsequent maintenance Phase 6, excluding management, and phase 7 are divided into the following sub-projects: - Solar cell system on Strandgata 155 - Solar cell system on Strandgata 151 - Solar cell system on Strandgata 147 - Solar cell system on Strandgata 149 - Solar cell system on Strandgata 153 - Microgrid - Battery bank Phase1 to 5, including the investment part/implementation part of the energy management system is referred to as the intangible part of the project. Phases 6 to 8, excluding the management system, are referred to as the material part of the project. Progress: The client's deadline vis-a-vis Enova is that the project as a whole mustto be completed by the end of June 2026. The contractor must have the capacity to complete phase 1 to and including phase 7 by the end of June 2026. The work must be carried out in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, standards and relevant documentation. Sandnes havn KF is the client for the project .
