Description : In 2024, the 750th anniversary of Magnus Lagabøte's National Law will be celebrated. The National Library of Norway is therefore planning several book copies for the general public. The books shall communicate legal texts in Norse and modern Norwegian.
The invitation to tender concerns the delivery of special prints for books to the general public in connection with the national celebration of the 750th anniversary of Magnus Lagabøte's National Law.
The National Library of Norway is planning a splendour release of 1500 book editions of the National Act in connection with the anniversary. The book must be of particularly high quality with a cover in genuine leather with gold foil and a sewn back, as well as an inner book with a high degree of illustration and masking of details in gold. The releases shall be part of a high-profile initiative in the anniversary year.
