- Short Description: Consultant assignment has assessed the condition of concrete construction with visual damage belonging to Greverud school.Greverud school consists of building masses from different date. Building part to be considered is probably carried out in the 70s. The support system consists of cast concrete, with columns and a concrete deck with kites. Facade in the wall of bricks. There are extensive concrete damage recorded at some parts of the support system. Material examination shows that the damage is caused by reinforcement corrosion, resulting from carbonation of concrete. Inadequate moisture protection was uncovered on the facade, ie that leakage water collected behind the facade will keep concrete cover moist. This leads to accelerated injury development.
