Description:
Sprinkler systems and buried water tanks Ringerike housing foundation owns Austjord treatment centre, gnr 91 bnr 12, Lundstadveien 50-62, 3514 Hønefoss. Ringerike municipality rents the property for round-the-clock health and care services. There are departments for that rehabilitation, short-term stays and hospice, in addition to relief for children and young people. Internal renovation of Austjord will be carried out in 2026 and 2027 in four stages, where the patients will be moved out of relevant wards for approximately three months at a time. Ring kingdom housing foundation oversees the renovation of patient rooms and common areas. At the same time, the municipality will establish a patient notification system, and the building will be sprinklered.
