- Stage machinery The studio scene The tender relates to the replacement of the upper stage machinery on the Studio Stage at Dansens hus in Oslo according to the Technical Specification. The current system is nearing the end of its life. In addition, the system is limited in functionality, lacks positioning and load monitoring, and does not meet current safety requirements. Other goals of the upgrade include: * More suspension options/points. * Easier changes and shorter changeover time between productions. * Better working environment. It should not be necessary to use a lift to move hoists or suspension points. * Possibilities for movement during performances. The project consists of two parts: 1. Building-related works consisting mainly of changes to the steel structure in the roof as well as the relocation of building technical installations. 2. Design, production and installation of the stage machinery. Each project part is a turnkey contract where the turnkey contractor has complete responsibility for engineering, planning, production, installation, testing, training and documentation. This competition concerns project part 2, delivery of the stage machinery. The planned solution is based on a system of traditional stage features with the addition of point features. It is laid up to 16 stage moves, 2 side moves, and 4 lanes for a variable number of point moves. The tie rods are supported by four steel wires or steel bands.
