- Steam ship quay Sogndal - rehabilitation and new fendering - new announcement The rehabilitation and new fendering roughly includes the following works: - Concrete rehabilitation and cathodic protection - Removal of existing fendering - Establishment of new fendering and piles For for further information on the project, division of the contract and the contract work, see part II - Contract basis. The start of the contract is set for 27 April (earlier start may be applicable by agreement), with expected completion on 20 November 2026. It should be stop work during the public holiday (3 weeks). As contract provisions, NS8406 applies with the corrections that appear in Part II - Contract Basis, point B.2 Special contract provisions and B.3 Seriousness requirements. The tender is advertised for the second time, with significant change in working method when it is clear that water chiseling will be permitted. We have made clarifications regarding water chiseling and collection of waste in: • Quantity description and price list • Environmental mapping report New inspection will not be withheld. Revised report with postscript is among the documents.
