Short description: it is invited to open tender competition with negotiation for performing entrepreneurs. Project applies to execution with rehablitation and upgrading of the free area at the Navy in Trondheim city center. The Navy is a free area with a border against Nidelva in the South and Nidaros Cathedral / Archbishardyard in the north. The Navy is one of the most widely used free areas in Trondheim and is one of the few green parks in the center of Trondheim. In August every year, the PSEREO festival is held in the area. The last part of the pilgrimage to Nidaros Cathedral goes through the Navy and the Olav source.Marinen lies as part of a cultural heritage and is classified with very high antiquarian value in Trondheim municipality's care for cultural heritage. Contact with the cultural heritage authorities will be part of the work.In the work includes various measures for upgrading the park, among other things. Surface work, natural employee, equipment, VA worker, electric work, delivery and installation of prefabricated toilet, buried waste containers and mounting Buldrestin M.M.It is an intention to carry out the plant as a zero emission plant.
